Audi Q7 To Make Comeback With A Facelift

Audi Q7 will be back in India in a facelifted version in the month of December 2021. The previous model was discontinued last year in May. The most of the changes are done on the looks of this SUV.
Let's take a look at the front - gets updated headlamps and a new large grill with Audi logo in between and a 'quattro' badge (typical Audi affair). From the side, it gets all new set of alloy wheel design and addition of body cladding which give it more of a SUV look.
At the rear, has revised tail lamps and a chrome line joining the tail lamps and some small changes in the design with Q7 written written on one side and quattro on other.

In the inside, Audi has totally changed the design of dashboard throughout. The main highlight is the dual screen in the center. Upper one is a 10.1-inch infotainment display and the lower one is for the AC controls and some other controls such as hazard light, etc. and the continious AC vent treatment also look premium indeed. It gets a digital driver's display and a revised steering wheel.

Talking about the engine, gets only a petrol engine which is a 3.0 litre unit producing 340 Hp and 500 Nm of torque and drives all four wheels by an 8-speed torque converter gearbox. It will also get a 48v mild hybrid system to offer extra torque under heavy acceleration.

This car is going to be assembled locally in India leading to price reduction. In India, it will be priced around 75 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete directly with the BMW X5 and Mercedes Benz GLE and Volvo XC90.
