Ola To Expand Their Vehicle Range

Ola is planning to increase their vehicle range by introducing new scooters, bikes and by entering into 4-wheeler market in the future. Ola's co-founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal revealed that the company’s EV range will include “more scooters, bikes and cars” through a new blog post.

He said that in coming time, they will expand their vehicle range with more scooters, bikes and cars and will consist of connected AI in form of kick scooters, e-bikes, drones and flying cars.

He also claimed that both shared and personal mobility will grow in India “through a combination of purpose built EVs lowering costs, digital retail driving convenience and the cloud enabling personalisation.”

Ola plans to expand it's shared mobility business which is currently accessed by 100 million people in more than 150 cities.

Ola claims that the company's EV will cost to run as compared to ICE vehicles which will lead to 40 percent of the Indian population to own a vehicle due to the reduced ownership cost.
