Tata Safari Gold Edition Launched In India

Tata motors has launched the gold edition of the Safari in India. The debut of this SUV was in Dubai. The prices of this SUV will be between Rs. 21.90 lakhs to 23.18 lakhs (ex-showroom).

This SUV is available in 2 color options - Black gold and White gold. The black gold colour consists of coffee bean inspired exterior colour with some golden touches whereas the white gold colour consist of a dual tone colour as black roof and white frost colour. Coming to the inside, the black gold gets a marble effect dashboard trim with some gold inserts on it while the white gold gets the same treatment. The difference is that it comes in white colour theme.

It gets many golden touches inside the car such as on the AC vents, on the door handles, on the seat and on the Tata logo on the steering wheel.

Earlier the Safari used to lag some feature which were available in it's competitors but now it gets a all new top-of-the-line variant which will come with many new and segment leading features such as wireless Android auto and Apple carplay, an air purifier fixed inside the dashboard, a wireless charger which are extended to the existing variant as well.

The gold edition will be more expensive than the Adventure persona variant by upto Rs. 1.16 lakhs. The on-road prices can go up to Rs. 29 lakhs (approx).

It gets the same engine which it used to get earlier that is the 2.0 litre kryotec diesel engine which produces 170 PS of power and 350 NM of torque.
