The next-gen Hyundai Verna Will be offering Diesel Engine

We have seen the next-gen Hyundai Verna several times testing in heavy camouflage. As of now, Hyundai has decided to discontinue the diesel engines of smaller capacity i.e. less than 2000cc starting from i20 but, Hyundai confirms that the 2023 Verna will continue to offer the 1.5-Litre diesel engine alongside the petrol.

Nowadays most manufacturers are dropping their diesel motors due to RDE (Real Driving Emission) Norms but Hyundai will be offering diesel is a very good thing as everybody is moving towards electrification which will eventually end the feel of the ICE's of building the revs and the sound of the engine and the mid-range punch. A big thumbs up for Hyundai's decision.
